    *Postage is capped at $7.70 for all orders. All items are sent by Registered Post.

• Additional postage fees will be charged if you purchase more than one Ring Binder Album. We recommend you contact us for a quote prior to purchase.

• Postage will be arranged within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment for your order. Where possible same or next day postage will occur.

• Postage is arranged via Australia Post. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not Registered or Insured.

• If a product you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you by email to discuss your options. We request a response to our email within 2 days. If a response is not received we will replace the out of stock item with a similar item. Your order will not be posted during the 2 days while we are waiting on your response.

Returns Policy

• If you receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact us by email within 2 days of receipt of items. We will replace or refund for incorrect and/or faulty items. Postage is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

• If your delivery was damage whilst in post this should be reported to Australia Post.
