All items are sent by Registered Post.
Additional postage fees will be charged if you purchase more than one Ring Binder Album. We recommend you contact us for a quote prior to purchase.

Postage will be arranged within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment for your order. Where possible same or next day postage will occur. Postage is arranged via Australia Post.

We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not Registered or Insured. If a product you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you by email to discuss your options. We request a response to our email within 2 days. If a response is not received we will replace the out of stock item with a similar item. Your order will not be posted during the 2 days while we are waiting on your response.

Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact us by email within 2 days of receipt of items. We will replace or refund for incorrect and/or faulty items. Postage is at your expense unless otherwise agreed. If your delivery was damage whilst in post this should be reported to Australia Post.
